When a New Mexico dairy plant expansion needed over 12,000 square feet of specialized wall panel systems, the Fiberglass Solutions LLC team traveled 1,530 miles to deliver what local contractors couldn't provide. The project required fire retardant resins and gel coats to meet FM Global insurance requirements—specialized expertise that's critical in food processing environments.

The installation presented significant challenges: coordinating with multiple trades onsite, designing for numerous existing wall and ceiling structures, navigating extensive pipe rack systems, and executing a compressed timeline from late November notification to early January installation. And each obstacle required our custom engineering solutions.

Several months of coordination and hard work delivered a facility covered 100% in seamless FRP wall systems—providing decades of cleanable, safe food processing surfaces.
