Last week, the teams from Fiberglass Solutions LLC and Performance Insulation of Wisconsin LLC stepped away from the job sites and into the arena for some team building at Urban Battlefield in De Pere, WI.

A little friendly competition, a lot of laughs, and a great reminder that strong teams are built both on and off the clock. Taking time to recharge together makes us better collaborators, better problem solvers, and ultimately better partners for our customers.

Grateful for the people who make these companies what they are — and for opportunities to have some fun along the way.

Red team may have won this time...... but I think I'll just have them work on the weekend...........
