Custom engineering meets food safety in pickle processing!
Fiberglass Solutions LLC manufactured four specialized flavor totes for a local pickle processor, each built to exact specifications and mounted on custom stainless steel carts (fabricated by our partners at Industrial Works of Green Bay) for mobility throughout their facility. FRP covers ensure food safety compliance at every stage.
We also delivered two custom brine batching tanks with permanently-mounted stainless steel stands and fiberglass lids—engineered specifically for their processing requirements. When food processors need tank solutions that combine mobility, safety, and precise specifications, standard equipment just doesn't cut it.
This project showcases our partnership approach: combining our fiberglass manufacturing expertise with Industrial Works' metalworking capabilities to deliver custom integrated solutions. From flavor totes to brine batching systems, we engineer and manufacture custom solutions for the unique demands of food processing.
