Happy 5-Year Anniversary with Fiberglass Solutions LLC, Mark Schreiber – celebrating here with Operations Supervisor Zach Nischke!
Mark (on the right), walked into Fiberglass Solutions’ owner Ben Bertram’s office five years ago – his first day on the job. Here’s Ben’s description of that encounter:
Mark walked into my office in September five years ago and I still remember what he said to me on that day. After going for a quick tour of our shop, he looked me in the eye and said “is that all the faster you guys work?! If so, I'll run laps around those young guys all day long.”
I laughed a bit and said, “well Mark, we just got off a big shutdown and are playing a little catch up. We work hard, but I'm not going to work the guys into the ground.” He said to me, "I'll run laps around those guys and if I don't you can fire me" - I figured that was good enough for me to give him a shot.
Five years later, he's still running laps around everyone.....If only I had a nickel for every time I had to tell him to stop running through the shop!
