Reverse Engineering? We Can Do That.

One of the great things about fiberglass equipment is its longevity in harsh chemical and food processing environments. In many cases, the equipment is still performing long after the original drawings and documentation have disappeared.

Recently, Zach spent time onsite at a food processing facility while a customer’s machine was down, carefully measuring and reverse engineering a critical fiberglass component. The result? Proper documentation of the existing unit and accurate fabrication drawings for a replacement part moving forward.

When downtime matters, having the ability to reverse engineer and recreate complex fiberglass components can make all the difference. Proud of the work our team continues to do to keep customers running.
