"Yes We Can"

It’s one of our core values at Fiberglass Solutions, but values only matter if you actually live them.

Yesterday, a customer called needing us onsite early next week. Normally, no problem. But this time? Every member of our traveling crew was already committed to two large road jobs.

The initial response: “I don’t think we can make it work.”

Fair answer… but not the one we’re built on.

So I asked the question: Is there any way we can make it happen?

Our team went to work reworking schedules, coordinating resources, finding a path forward.

And they made it happen.

That’s what “Yes We Can” really looks like. Not easy. Not convenient. But committed.
