Project Management Lesson Learned

Remember that time you learned a really good lesson in project management?

Yeah… this was one of those moments.

Picture this: a massive section of a brand new brine tank (about 35 feet in the air) carefully being maneuvered through a wall on a jobsite.

Now let me ask you…

Would that have been a pretty important detail to talk through before delivery and install? 🤔

You bet.

Did I ask that question ahead of time?

Nope. 🤦‍♂️

And looking back, it’s one of those “how did we not cover that?” moments. Chalk it up as a lesson learned.

When projects don’t go exactly as planned (and let’s be honest, sometimes that’s on us) that’s where our team does its best work. We adjust, problem-solve, and figure out a path forward without pointing fingers.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about avoiding every mistake… it’s about how you respond when life gets thrown at you.

And those are the moments that define your team.
